Day 3
Sorry about the lack of posts and photos. The wi-fi is very patchy. Today was very snowy but everyone soldiered on in difficult conditions. The beginners - with instructor Pierre - were practicing parallel turns, the middle group - with Fabrice - improved their short turns and the top group had fun racing each other on the slalom course. After a very nice dinner 'games night' has started.

Day 7
Slightly cloudy weather today. All groups went up the chairlift this morning and in the afternoon completed their ski instruction. As you can see from the photos the instructors came to the hotel to present the certificates. They were very pleased with the progress everyone had made. We've just had a delicious dinner & everyone is packing their bags for an early start tomorrow.
Day 6
Sorry there was no blog yesterday, but the internet stopped working. The weather was beautiful again. Everyone made lots of progress and we enjoyed an evening watching the instructors put on a display.

Day 5
Another beautiful sunny day. The top group were again practicing their skills with Yann in the morning while groups 2 & 3 went up in the telecabine and progressed to parallel turns. After lunch the top group (accompanied by Mr Christie & Mrs Esson) went far and fast for the afternoon. Mrs Latimer went with groups 2 & 3 who continued to make terrific progress. After a delicious dinner we are watching a film before bed.

Day 4
Best day yet. Everyone was out skiing. The top group practiced their technique in the morning, then went off piste in the afternoon. The other 2 groups stayed together & went up in the telecabine to perfect their snowplough turns in the morning then they all skiied the 5 mile road in the afternoon. We're finishing the day with a quiz, then an early night!
